Day 0—Fitness Test, 8/30/14, given & recorded by!my own damn self. Boom.
Day 1—Total Synergistics. My arms and chest still hurt from the push-ups & attempted pull-up from Day 0. Yes. Attempted. Arms will definitely hurt more tomorrow. Good. If I don’t feel it, it didn’t happen. Sweat; I haven’t missed you bitch, but kinda yeah. Lawl.
